Academic Project – Created in response to a brief focused on the connection between
design and well-being, "Sonic Vitamins" is a three-issue magazine series that explores
the therapeutic impact of music on the human experience. The first issue, Mind, delves
into how music affects the brain, activates different neural regions, and contributes to
mental health and emotional regulation.
Original illustrations are featured throughout, supporting a cohesive and immersive
visual narrative that reinforces the magazine’s core message: that music is not only
art, but also a powerful tool for healing and self-discovery.
